Wow, it was one heck of a week on Days but it’s only suppose to get hotter. Mickey is given the honor of telling Lucas he’s about to become a free man, course will he want to be free when he sees who Sami is now living with full-time? Uh oh, I see sparks flying over this one. But just like always Sami has finally caved into EJ before she hears the good news. My guess is Lucas is about to walk in on something he will wish he stayed in prison to skip.

Steve and Kayla had the baby last week but this week he’s given the shocking news he isn’t allowed near the baby. Uh oh, what happened? Did Kayla get upset over Steve’s past or is something wrong with the child?

Last week on Days, Chloe left Salem the moment she found out her hubby, Brady, was in fact alive and in rehab. Immediately, okay, after chewing out Victor she hopped on a plane and left.

Chelsea found out she’ll never have kids because of the infection and of course dad, Bo Brady, feels that it is all his fault.

Abe won’t be able to go after Paul since they have no case, but I’m sure this won’t stop the force from watching him. John figures out that Phillip turned Paul in though so I’m sure there will be some revenge there. Still not sure if I like this new John. What do you think?

Last week on Days of Our Lives, Chelsea was rushed to ER where they were able to stabilize her but I’m afraid she let it be known how much she adores Dr.Hunk. If Nick didn’t catch it yet, he’s a fool. She gushed way to much about the doctor even when he wasn’t in the room.

Hope was shot but Ava’s men took her to get the wound cared for, course after Hope is saved and brought back to the compound her and Bo team up and take down the enemy and the foursome escape just as police are getting there. Phew.

But in the meantime someone is watching Stephanie as Max tells her how much he loves her and they share a very romantic evening together.

Last week we watched as Steve and fake Kayla, aka Hope, tried escaping the grounds only to be caught right before they got over the fence. Once again locked back in the room with the crazy Ava. It seemed as if we were going to find out exactly what the big dark secret was to Ava but once again we were left without a clue. Only thing we know is she gets irritable and needs to take her meds. Bummer.

Last week on Days of Our Lives we watched Bo and Kayla upset Lexie, Chelsea and Stephanie when they got out of bed. Stephanie was in tears as she asked her mom why she was risking the baby’s life. Oh that’s gotta hurt, but she finally comes clean with her mom and tells her what’s going on.

Steve was suppose to go to dinner with Ava, but Ava passes out and the next day he tells Hope, aka pretending to be Kayla something is up with her. What do you think it is? Did losing him all those years ago do something to her mentally? We all know the two were madly in love.

Wondering where Lisa Rinna from Days of Our Lives went after she went off to London for a job? Some spotted her down in Malibu over this past week with two frappucinos and don’t they look yummy. I love the fact she can dress so casually and still look great.

Days of our Lives for this past week Chelsea goes into surgery to save her dad’s life, course before the surgery she has to get approved because the night before she went out drinking. Surgery took place and all seems to be okay with Bo and Chelsea. Steve and Roman try doing small talk as they went to find out if Bo takes to the liver. Inside the room Hope and his mom wait by his side as Kayla and Dr. ask how he’s doing.

Last week was an emotional week for Bo and Hope as they relived their times together and Bo started believing he would die. That is until they discovered that Chelsea, his once long-lost-daughter could actually save his life. But in another part of town Marlena was growing edgy with John, from hiring Rolf to turning into the enemy. What was your favorite part last week?

Last week on Days of Our Lives:

Ava is still locked in her bedroom and no one is letting her out. Geez, that would just suck, no wonder the poor girl is going nuts.

Chelsea broke down with a stranger in the park (Nic no where in sight), course then the stranger turns out to be her dad, Bo’s, new doctor. Oops. Normally one would back off but when he sees her and her mom in a restaurant he orders her a drink and sends it to her table. I see a love triangle.

Stephanie, Chelsea and Morgan make the calls for internships but when they get their call backs with the times Chelsea cancels hers. However, Steph and Morgan go to theirs and find out they are competing against one another.

While I may not have watched Passions in a long while I can’t help but still peek at what’s going on. Have any of you caught recent episodes of our beloved Passions? I read a few forums and found out that our Gwen is still up to her old tricks and this time it looks like she may have succeeded at killing off Theresa, but I’m not sure. What do you think? Will everyone believe her as dead and mourn her to only have her show up a few months later? It is a soap opera after all.

It was a tough week on Days of Our Lives, from funerals to finding out there may be no help in sight for Bo. The girls of course decided to keep Chelsea under one condition, she always confides in them. Steve of course was running around like his head chopped off with chasing Ava and trying to make sure his wife never caught wind or was in danger.

The week on Days:

John hires Rolf as his butler and drops all charges against him. Hmm, is he up to something?
Max finds out about his future due to his part in Ford’s disappearance.

We watched as the Salemites slowly wake up after the horrible plane accident, pieces are scattered all over the place. First up is John, he’s walking around with the flash light and shines it in a just-stirring-Belle’s face, he asks if his “Dink” is okay. She quickly corrects him saying it’s Tink. Shawn and Claire wake next and they leave Claire with John as they quickly bond over juice.

This past week we all said good bye to Colleen and watched as she met with her beloved in the afterlife as John watched. Course he won’t tell anyone what he saw. We also watched as Ava haunted Steve all around Ireland, right before take off Steve saw her again. Is she the reason the planed almost killed everyone. It was a very sad Friday as fans watched Days of Our Lives families starve for air and slowly pass out, not knowing who was going to live or die. The last few were Kayla, Hope and Doc, this had to be the worst experience in the cabin looking at your family, your kids and your grandchild all without air.

Days of Our Lives, spoilers, soap operas

This was one emotional week, with the death of Colleen Brady only a day after finally seeing her long lost brother, Shawn Brady and coming face-to-face with her long-lost son, John Black. Wow! John bashes Marlena against the door, face first and then goes to slice and dice Colleen. Well, that is until Colleen asks for one last word and that is only to ask him if he really wants to kill his mom. Shock goes throughout the hotel when everyone finds out, John is confused why he can’t kill her and then tries taking his own life.

The writer that has not yet been “officially” fired has written a message to all of the Days of Our Lives fan. With a heavy heart he tells everyone goodbye on his myspace account.

“Yesterday I received a phone call I’ve received three other times in my life - but one that never cut so deep as this. I learned that I would NOT be returning to Days of our Lives when the strike ends. My time in Salem is done - ended back on November 1st when I turned my last breakdown in, and I didn’t know it.

I could probably launch into an essay about the inner workings of a television show… the secret cabals and the backalley strike deals that were made. I could potentially try and analyze the entire situation, try and find out how a writing team that started off the year doing strong, then ended up in LAST PLACE (due to dictates from the higher-ups), then somehow managed to come back and end the year in 4th place in Households and 1st place in the 18-34 demographic were all summarily kicked out at once. But this isn’t about asking those questions, or trying to analyze what happened, or why we’re not going home to Days again when the strike ends. That’s not why I wanted to write this.
